PROF. GREEN- KUSHA                                                                               14-07-1982

Six feet tall,

He is good to all.

If you are new,

He is kind to you.

If you are old,

He will make you bold.

If you are a bossy stranger,

Don’t act with him like a dog in the manger.

But if you ever wish,

He will talk with you till you please.

If you are in a tight position,

He will tell you how to make a Green Revolution.

If you are stubborn, he won’t budge,

But also remember that he never keeps grudge.

But O! of the small things he makes fuss of,

Be careful he doesn’t tell you to buzz off.

He may be the greatest, wittiest, fittest and the best,

But he is certainly  not a pest.

Call him great and he will tell you straight,

‘Do not Overestimate’.

He is married, He has a wife,

He has two kids, he leads a good life.

His wife is ‘ECONOMICS’,

His kids named ‘LEARN’ And ‘TEACH’.

That is what you will hear him preach.

I respect  him as a Sir,

I like him as a friend,

For he helps me whenever he can.

What’s more, it is always in Green,

That he is seen.

And  yet what mere words cannot say,

It is certainly about Prof. Sanjay Honkalse

The above poem is written by Kusha Shenoy on 14-07-1982. Kusha is now an employee of Bank of India and a member of Face Book Commuity.

To You From Me- Anita

Are you a friend or unconcerned?

Neither you seem a foenor ignore

You , a source of thought to me.

Though you may wonder how.

You, whose approach, pleases everyone

To me but, in you a sorrow hidden.

Your glance of sheer innocence,

To me but, mere calculations.

Indeed to all a gentleman,

To me perhaps a child, a child.

Seeming hollow to most you may,

To me a thinker deep down fathoms.

That smile and those eyes

Aren’t they hard; devoid of emotion?

Please let me ask-

Who are you? I fell to understand.

Please let me say-

You- have one thing around- I understand,

A mystery, mystery though not understood.

The above poem was written by Miss. TO SIR SANJAY……….                                           Unknown Student

Bang goes the window, bang goes the door,

Enter our Sir with the most silly jokes.

Explaining the law of Demand,

He expresses his willingness to become a P.M.

Denies his capacity to shave off his beard,

The jokes he plays only on girls.

Names he call out Babies and Aunties,

Forgetting himself to be an Uncle or a Baba.

Soon he will call out Grandmothers and Bachis,

When he would become a Grandfather or a Baccha.

Delivered to the students of Podar College M'bai- 26/11/ '96, Rose Day

Live for those, who know you true and for those who love you.
Love is the only bow on life's dark cloud.
It is the wine, the river of life in this world.
Love is inspirer, enchanter, patriots, the mother of art.
Love is philosopher, magician, an air and light of every heart.
Love is sublime, it is divine, beyond.
It's love that makes the world go 'round.
Love is an emblem of eternity;
And the only evidence of life, the symbol of fraternity.
Love is zing thing, more intoxicating than wine.
Nothing is sweeter, broader, higher than love--it's divine.
Love is devotion, love is perception, love is kindness.
Love is the master key that opens the doors to happiness.
So, love to live; live to love.

*[a.] Navi Mumbai, India [title] "Love" [pers.] This is the poem or rather the assimilation of thoughts addressed to my students at the famous R.A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics, Matunga, Mumbai--00 019, in Maharashtra, India, celebrating "Rose Day" in 14th October, 1985. I felt love is universal and neutral as regards to age, sex, caste, and religion. It is beyond everything and is still the fulcrum of everything in this universe. Realizing that love is no one's monopoly but everybody's castle, I wrote sequels to this poem in a subsequent "Rose Day." The poem under consideration was again delivered to students on 26 of November 1996.

title   I HAVE NOTHING TO GIVE YOU BUT..... DR SANJAY HONKALSE

I have nothing to give you but…

I have nothing to give you, neither money, nor shares of a blue chip issue

I do not have a car, not even gold or jewellary,

Nor do I have a greatly furnished house for good dwellary.

Neither I have a business or property

Nor any allowance to tour to Ooty

I do not have nail paints, nor shoes and shoe shine

Neither a posh wardrobe, nor do I afford to take you to Taj to dine.

I have nothing material that you can claim or owe.

Because I have nothing to give you but… Love

Love is our first nature, the first prayer of our heart

Love is philosopher, a Magician and the mother of art

Love has patience, it is selfless

Love is a virtue, it is endless.

Love never dies , it always wins, abound.

That’s why love makes the world go round.

Love is faith and fraternity; It is a sign of eternity

Love is hope, duty; love is beauty.

Love is a zing-thing, as wine,

Love is sublime, it is divine.

Love is RADIANT LIGHT, It glitters, has a glow .

Love is EVERYTHING, Omnipotent & yet peace as dove

I have nothing, nothing else to give you but love.

Because there is only one ultimate truth, that’s love.

Yours truly, Love Loving

Sanjay

titleI NEVER WANTED TO BE AMILESTONE :DR SANJAY

add text, images, v

I never wanted to be a milestone

When I met my young and blossom friends,

I felt, through the means of life, I got end.

I tried to make them learn everything mutually,

Experiment, experience and grow naturally.

They are, knowing well, going to grow even in my absence,

I tried to be with them to add sense,

Making mistakes, my own experiments as they grow in freedom

And as I grow in my own free dome.

Loving them truly, being RESPONSIBLE

Still not claiming them being SENSIBLE.

But they gave me lamentation and longing of crow hatching eggs of cuckoo.

Rather than ecstasy of growing together they left me in woe.

I understood going apart is no doubt bad

But growing apart is really sad.

I wanted all of us to grow in full tone.

But they made me in their journey, just a Milestone.

Though destined to suffer as she crow, I realize I am a human being,

So set it free, if you love something.

If it comes back, it is yours

If it does not, it never was.

So whatever is, IS, I must rise as phoenix

For he who is afraid to throw a dice, will never get a size.

My Young & Bossom Friends

When I met my young & bossom friends

Everybody advised me with a philosophical bends.

“Don’t advise them, don’ chitchat” said one

“Don’t talk about love & care, relations & emotions” the other one

“Don’t mention about togetherness & responsibilities

Life duties and mutualities”

I personally tried to make them learn everything mutually

They should experiment, experience and grow naturally

Knowing well that they are going to grow even in my absence

I tried to be with them to add sense

Making my experiments as they grow in their freedom

Learning from mistakes as I grow in my free-dome

Loving them truly, being RESPONSIBLE

Still not claiming them, being SENSIBLE

“Growing apart is no doubt bad

Going apart is really sad”

Set free a thing you love, it will come if it yours, else it never was

I work on above philosophy, because whatever is, IS

title                   SELF ACCEPANCE

add text, images, video, widget

 Self Acceptance

Whatever happened to my life it has already   happened

It happened when I was ignorant, helpless, when my

                    awareness level was low.

I accept all that happened- pains, pleasures, people,

emotions, love, affections, fights, rags---- all

  that   happened.

I accept them as part of my past, my growth myself.

I own complete responsibility for them.

But I will not condemn or blame myself

nor will I condemn or blame anyone else----

Everything happened when all of us was   ignorant,

  helpless.

I have reasons to forgive myself & others.

The reason I learnt from River Ganga is I want to

live fresh a new- without- carrying any extra

weight- the guilt, hate, revenge, stupidity.

I want to live in freedom like a dove in a sky.

I want to live in awareness, in knowledge,   in bright

  sun.

I know I cannot change my past, nor can I     change      people.

I can only change the way I see everything, my outlook.

My God is my friend- My eternal wellwisher.

He keeps telling me: I have given you life to live,

to celebrate and not to destroy it with self blame    or

               abuse----

                 Live in awareness, with gratitude.

So, I accept my friends advice.

I accept myself, I accept others.
